Siarkopol Tarnobrzeg Chemical Plants ltd. has got a new system

It has been finished an implementation of the new system which assisted management in Siarkopol Tarnobrzeg Chemical Plants ltd. BPX’s consultants engaged in the implementation and system SAP All-in-One is the solution completed.

System, implemented in only three months, is intended for fifty users and functional scope covers all the key areas of Siarkopol Tarnobrzeg activity. Beginning from financial accounting, fixed assets and controlling, through the sale and distribution up to the production planning and materials management.

At present are working all modules implemented by us that are responsible for f. ex. production, logistic or sale. Everything works correctly, according to accepted assumptions at the beginning of the project. Before us and the client first ‘closing the month’ with the new system (mandatory summary of all financial transactions of Siarkopol Tarnobrzeg Chemical Plants ltd.).

The primary goal of this new system was the need to replace the previously used tools which worked like ‘separate islands’ – says Antoni Maczka, IT Team Leader and Project Manager at Siarkopol Tarnobrzeg Chemical Plants ltd.

This gave rise to several problems in the current records of economic events or whether the flow of information between different organizational business.

‘Indeed, we are shortly after the start of the new system and already we can see, that the solution implemented by BPX, brings an entirely different quality management’ – adds Antoni Maczka.
