Corporate accounts in BPH: data exchanging from SAP in On-Line Mode.

Bank BPH and Business Partners eXcellence have finished work on a project, through which the tool BankConnect of BPH enable us to integrate the online banking system with SAP financial and accounting software.

This application is designed for clients of Bank BPH with ERP systems, including SAP AG, and allows the (on-line) automatic downloading of transaction service from bank statements and, at the same time, posting in SAP the operations located on the statements.

BPX consultants will be the implementation partner for BPH. While working in BankConnect, BPX consultants tasks were to develop mechanisms to supply SAP systems with the data from the Bank’s website.

Currently, the application has undergone a series of functional tests and is ready to work for those clients who have any of the ERP version manufactured by SAP AG. In the future we also plan solutions which allow integration of our bank statements with systems of other manufactures – says Piotr Rogozinski, Product Manager.
