A few weeks ago, our consultants have moved closer to home for the rollout of an SAP system implementation in Hungary.

Client: The same International FMCG company (... the name remains a secret), the responsibilities of our team is to implement the financial modules: FI (Accounting), FI-AA (Fixed Assets), CO (controlling) and the module for Quality Management (QM).

The aim is to consolidate the implementation of management systems, standardizing the model of information flow and optimizing business processes in all units of the corporation globally. The project will run until mid next year and the start of the system is planned for June 2012
